Roibin

Roibin, pictured in Lockhaven's library.

"Heroes fall, heroes break, heroes bleed,They shed bitter tears, pull themselves up, not to concede. Often are they waylaid and frequent they mourn, Heroes are rarely made and even more seldom born."— An excerpt from Roibin's "A Heroes Warning".

Roibin, also referred to as Scribe Roibin, was a male mouse, a well-known poet and one of Lockhaven's scribes. He served under lady Gwendolyn for much of her rule as Matriarch, and was often accompanied by Conall, a small black beetle he had once rescued and befriended.

During the winter of 1152, Roibin composed several ballads and poems, and assisted Gwendolyn and Landra with making important decisions regarding the Guard's different journeys for supplies.
