Lieam is a male redfur. Joined the Guard in the Winter of 1149 during the war with the Weasels, he is a young mouse. Just growing into his own, he is thrust into the exciting and dangerous life of being a Mouse Guard. This red and scruffy furred mouse is enthusiastic about his role with the Guard. His green cloak is a symbol of himself being 'green' in years and experience.[1]

History
Fall 1152
- Lieam, Saxon, and Kenzie are out in the forest when they come across a mouse merchant's cart, with grains of rice the lead to a snake hole. Saxon and Kenzie begin
- to dispose of snake eggs in the hole when the snake appears and attacks Lieam, rising up and attacking him, almost swallowing him whole. Liaem uses a knife to jab into the snake's head as the mouth of snake closes on him, killing the snake. Saxon and Kenzie come out of the hole after breaking the snake eggs and pull Lieam out of the snake's mouth.
