Kestrels, also referred to as falcons or sparrow-hawks, are a species of raptor found in the Mouse Territories.
Appearance and CharacteristicsEdit
- These predators are smaller than hawks and owls, but no less deadly. They prey on anything they can get their talons around. Unlike the hunting hawks found in the forest itself, kestrels are more likely to be found hunting in clearings and meadows.
- During the winter, the kestrels fly south and the mice are free to keep their attention trained on other predators, such as foxes and owls.
