Bellah is a female mouse and astrologer. She takes her studies of the stars from her father Zorian. During the June Alley Inn storytelling competition of spring 1155, he shares a tale about four mouse siblings, who put their skills to the test then rescued a damsel mouse from a dragon.

Bellah has beige fur. She wears an orange dress with ring patterns. Over her dress she wears an open yellow held in place by a red cloth belt and red cloth tied around her wrists.
